Our enterprise clients count on us to:

- advise on current and long-term wireless mobility solutions

- procure and activate a variety of Sprint Nextel wireless devices (mobile phones, pda's, BlackBerry's, modems, data cards, etc.)

- provide project management and ongoing account maintenance

- serve as a single point of contact between the client and Sprint (or OEM) for ordering and activating devices.

Wireless Consulting - Having a round table discussion to analyze an enterprises current wireless landscape then recommending a multitude of Sprint or OEM solutions to increase corporate efficiency, profitability, ROI, employee morale and customer satisfaction. Solutions can be immediate or future endeavors, as well as regional, nationwide or global.


Wireless Procurement - GRG Wireless has the ability to set up new carrier contracts (with volume discounts) for both corporate and employee accounts. On the enterprises behalf, GRG Wireless will procure the wireless order on the enteprises new or existing account. Each carrier is responsible for monthly billing, equipment costs, equipment credits, shipping and taxes.

Direct Carrier Fulfillment allows GRG Wireless to procure orders for the enterprise client on their new or existing accounts where the carriers are responsible for all monthly billing,


Direct Carrier Fulfillment - All wireless orders are shipped directly from Sprint to any location in the United States. The devices are shipped activated "ready to use."


Wireless Cost Analysis - Analyze an enterprises' wireless bill by looking at existing calling patterns, total usage and monthly costs then recommending new pricing plans and promos that are more cost effective. The average number of monthly wireless bills needed to analyze an account is based on the overall volume of devices (typically 2-6 months worth).


Device Implementation and Training - On-site implentation and training is available for Wireless Phones, PDA's/Pocket PC's, Ready Link "Walkie-Talkie" Handsets, Data Cards and Good Technology's GoodLink email.


Asset Management and Tracking - Creating a device spreadsheet for asset tracking that includes: Total Number of Devices, End-User Name, ESN, Phone Number, Rate Plan, Model of Handset and Activation Date.


Project Management - Overseeing and fulfilling a complex order that has multiple shipping locations and multiple carrier porting that need the extra level of attention to ensure a seamless wireless device rollout.


Programming Phone - Setting-up features on a provisioned device such as no-roaming or calls that are placed/received only from a phone book, etc. The feature set varies from device to device. Another feature is loading a phone book to a device from a spreadsheet provided by the customer.

Wireless Outsourcing of Account Management - Managing an enteprises wireless account on a daily basis. GRG Wireless has many years of experience in the wireless landscape that allows an enterprise to use their carrier relationships to provide the best in customer care, cost savings and employee maintenance. Typical outsourcing agreements are for one-three year contracts based on per device cost and the level of account management needed by the enterprise.
